Club AGM for the 24/25 Season

Evening All members,

The AGM will be held on Thursday 19 December, 6:30pm, at Claremont Pool, we'll have a Christmas drink and BBQ as well.

All Committe positions are open:-

• President - represents the Club as required with external orgaisations and guides the Committee in ensuring sound decision making.
• Vice President - stands in for the President, oversight and co-ordination of the Club's junior programs
• Secretary - takes minutes and committee meetings, provides a focal point for correspondence ensure compliance with association requirements
• Treasurer - ensures the finances of the club are legally and ethically managed
• Registrar - maintains the membership database, informs the public on membership matters
• Women's Club Captain - oversight and co-ordination of the senior women's teams
• Men's Club Captain - oversight and co-ordination of the senior men's teams
• Social Secretary - manages the social aspects of the Club,: - events/functions , bar and bbq, social media and marketting

As per the constitution, nominations shall be made in writing (email) to the President not less than 14 dyas prior to the AGM. The nomination shall be made by a member. The email is to be sent by the nominator and should include in the email trail an indication of acceptance by the nominee.

I encourage all to attend and for those seeking a challenge, a nomination.
